Military to Corporate Transition Capsule Batch - 3 had its graduation in a fitting finale at the 'VIEW' Waters Edge on 14th Nov with Admiral (Prof) Jayanath Colombage - the Foreign Secretary as our Chief Guest and the Chief of Staff of the Triforces representing the 3 service commanders. ACCESS Engineering is our Resource Partner and host, IIHRM is the Facilitation Partner and The Ceylon Chamber is our Placement partner. IIHRM together with the Health Ministry launched a 'Psychological First-Aid model for Lankan medical professionals' in collaboration with its strategic partner - the Famed global training guru Omar Khan, and the regional CEO for Asia Ranjan De Silva and Tanzi Usoof of Sensei International - supported by Dr. Marlon Dale Ferreira and Abeypala Hettiarachchi. The initiative was supported by Munchee, Keells, Maliban, Dilmah, LMF, CGJ, IIHE, Tea Tang, IPMA-HR.USA Sri Lankan Alumni, The Event Management Association and Cool Tempo. Dr. Mahedra Mahendra Arnold Director Quarantine and Dr. Hasitha Attanayake Director IDH and Dr. Dinesh Watawana Chairman CIRA, Prof. Gunapala Nanayakkara, Bradley Emerson along with Niroshana Ilangaratne, Kalana Dahanayake and few personal friends of mine who love the medical professionals supported IIHRM, to uplift their morale. We certified 300+ health professionals with a global certification to share the tools with others to ensure consistency.. All at IIHRM are so happy and grateful to all who helped us respond to a quest by the state to help uplift the morale of the health workers... I must thank my wife Nadee Kulatunga for engaging our children who joined our staff in making all the special arrangements such as packing gifts etc and Thushara Ramanayake for all Sinhala script translations.

The full day interactive session was lead by Ranjeewa Kulatunga the Chief Consultant of www.iihrm.biz together with iihrm's Lead Consulants Loretta Gunawardane and Senior Consultant Sue Wickramaratne followed by cocktails and a dinner social at the SSC in Colombo. It was indeed lovely meeting you all in person and a big thank you to Chari, Vignesh and the team at SSC for the wonderful arrangements and support. Thank you indeed Loretta and Sue for the humorous performance alongside me as always and to Maj. Menaka Athukorala MD, Waruna Fernando GM and Rasanja Perera SM, for all the support and encouragement with your presence.
